How long will it take to fill my order? TOP
Our felt sets are made for you at the time of order.
Small and non-special orders up to 8 felt sets will ship 6-8 business days after payment has been received.
Large orders of 10-20 felt sets will ship 10-15 business days after payment has been received.
Custom orders and/or felt sets in excess of 20 may take up to a month.
If you require a "Rush" order please contact us.
Please keep in mind that these are estimated times. We diligently try our best to fill all orders in a timely manner. During the holiday months November, December and January there may be a slightly longer delay in order processing times.
Shipping will be via USPS first class mail. For orders within the United States the US Postal Service approximate delivery time is 3-7 days.
What type of felt do you use in your sets? TOP
In an effort to be more earth friendly we use Eco-fi® for all our Synthetic Craft Felts. Eco-fi® is made from 100% Certified Recycled PET bottles, saving landfill space, natural resources and reducing harmful air emissions.
Do you ship to other countries? TOP
Yes! We do ship internationally. We are unable to estimate shipping times as it varies depending on the country. You will receive a notification when your item has been shipped.

United States Shipping
All orders are custom made and will ship first class mail via US Postal Service The average shipping time is estimated at 3-7 business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has been shipped.
If you are in need of the item(s) sooner, please contact me and I will be happy to ship your item(s) rush delivery. There will be an extra shipping charge for this service.
US Shipping Rates:
1 item $2.00. Plus $1.00 package handling fee. $.50 for each additional item with a maximum of $11.00
International Shipping Rates:
1 item $6.00. Plus $1.00 package handling fee. $1.00 for each additional item with a maximum of $15.00
I need my item ASAP...can it be rushed? TOP
I will do everything in my power to accomodate rush orders. Please email me by clicking on the Contact Us! flower above to inform me of your needs.
Do you charge tax? TOP
By law, we only collect tax in the state of Washington.
I like your sets but would like to substitute or add a felt character. TOP
Our standard felt sets can be customized to your specific needs. Contact us and let us know what you would like and we will create a special order just for you.
I have purchased a felt set from you in the past but have lost one of the pieces. TOP
I will gladly make a replacement for a fee of $1.50 per piece plus shipping.
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept purchase orders from libraries and schools.
for personal orders we accept all major Credit Cards and Paypal!
Payments are processed through Paypal. You do not have to have a paypal account to make a payment. You may use your credit card.
